Terms and Conditions - Book of Beasties' Happy Heads Card Game Giveaway

1. The Book of Beasties' Happy Heads Card Game Giveaway (hereinafter referred to as "the Giveaway") is organised by Book of Beasties, with its registered office at 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX, hereinafter referred to as "the Organiser."
   
   
2. The Giveaway is open to participants aged 18 and above, residing in the United Kingdom. Employees, representatives, and affiliates of the Organiser and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
   
   
3. The Giveaway will run over the May half term and end on Friday, 9th June 2023 at 11:59 PM GMT.
   
   
4. Participation in the Giveaway is free of charge and no purchase is necessary.

To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the following steps:

a. Follow Book of Beasties on Facebook and/or Instagram.

b. Like and share the Giveaway post on Facebook and/or Instagram.

c. Tag a friend in the comments section of the Giveaway post on Facebook and/or Instagram.

d. Comment on the post sharing what you do to get your happy head on.

5. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
   
   
6. By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions made by the Organiser, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
   
   
7. One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway period. The winner will be announced on Facebook and/or Instagram, and will be contacted via direct message within 48 hours of the Giveaway's end.
   
   
8. The selected winner must respond to the Organiser's direct message within 24 hours from the time of contact to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified time period will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be chosen.
   
   
9. The prize for this Giveaway is one copy of the Book of Beasties' Happy Heads Card Game.
   
   
10. The Organiser will cover the cost of 2nd class shipping the prize to the winner's address. However, any additional customs duties, taxes, or other charges that may arise will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
    
    
11. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or alternative prize will be offered.
    
    
12. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms and Conditions.
    
    
13. The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
    
    
14. By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Organiser, its affiliates, partners, and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
    
    
15. The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform used to promote it.
    
    
16. Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Organiser's Privacy Policy.
    
    
17. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with the Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom.
